Lemon Ice Tea

 

 

What’s so simple, refreshing and easy peasy lemon squeezy to make for this summer? Yes, Ice Lemon Tea! Here we are now, trying ice lemon tea recipe in my lil kitchen ūüôā

 

ICE LEMON TEA 

Ingredients:
2  large lemons
1 1/2  cups  sugar
2  black tea bags

 

Methods:

  1. Cut lemon in a half and squeeze it using lemon squeezer to make lemon juice. Combine lemon juice and sugar in a medium saucepan with 1/2 cup water and bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar. Lower heat and simmer 2 minutes. Cool to room temperature.
  2. Steep the tea bags in 4 cups of boiling water, covered, for 5 minutes. Then remove tea bags. Stir in syrup, 4 cups cold water, and ice cubes.
  3. Ready to serve.

Months ago, a new magazine based in US offering me to be one of their food photography contributor. The name of the magazine is Scarllett Magazine. They had online and printed version of it.  I just feel proud  of my self when i saw my works was there, lol.

Es Teh Leci (Lychee Ice Tea)

Es Teh Leci

 

Ingredients:

1 jasmine tea

1 can lychee in syrup

100 ml hot water

200 ml cold water

Methods:

Put one tea bag into 100 ml hot water. Set aside tea bag. Add lychee in syrup. and add 200 ml cold water. Serve with some ice cubes.

You could also serve it hot/warm if you like.
