Tarts cafe – Northbridge is a favorite spot to have brunch or lunch in Northbridge area. It has fabulous coffee and tea and also some beautiful desserts. They also serve high tea at the weekend. We came there pass the lunch time so we just ordered drinks and light menu like chips. But I definitely want to go back there to try their breakfast and lunch menu which are very mouthwatering.
Tarts Cafe is located at the end of Lake Street so parking is generally not an issue. There are a couple of smaller lanes to turn into that should have parking spots. I came by on Sunday and it’s still not difficult to find a parking. Even if you park a bit far from the cafe, you can also walk around and enjoy the neighborhood which is lovely.
Silver Sushi – Willetton becoming one of my favorite restaurant because they had beautiful Japanese food especially their salad is so special. Their salad is so fresh topping with special dressing. We guess the dressing is made from fruity ingredients, it might be mix of pineapple and melon.
We order their unagi sushi, avo salmon salad and veggies tempura, those foods are awesome. So fresh and beautiful. Unfortunatelly the place is too small but the staffs are friendly. Love love their foods and definitely want to come back there again.
Find also their menu on Zomato before you pay a visit.

Papparich Carousel is located near my house. It was a lovely restaurant especially for people who loves Malaysian food. Here, I love the idea of summoning a waiter/waitress when you are ready to order by ringing a bell, not when they decide to serve you. Food was authentic, came out reasonably quick with generous serves. My little boy loves their roti canai, he always order it everytime we’re going there. I love their noodle menu like chilli pan me, Ipoh kway teow and fish head noodle soup/fish fillet noodle soup while my husband and my oldest boy love to order rice menu.
At the end I could say “Good food, good service, good value”, will come back again and again.
Mr. Walker’s location at South Perth near the jetty with a fabulous outlook over the Swan River to Perth. I love their interior design and especially their lovely and unique vases. They have different shape of vase in every table. We decided to have a cuppa here. I had English breakfast tea. We also had churros for share. The churros is awesome. Better than the one that i had at san churros. Here if you want to check their menu.
The staff were attentive and very friendly. Worth a visit especially for visitors to Perth. And I would definitely come back again to taste another menu and enjoy the great view here.
They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner for 7 days a week and open their doors at 8AM in the morning. I plan to bring my troops here to have breakfast while enjoying the view at the same time. Really great place to chill out with your family and friends.

Last holiday we went to Dunsborough. On the way through we plan for having breakfast at Pinjarra Bakery and Patisserie, Waroona as we read that they are the award winning gourmet pies restaurant. You can also visit their website Pinjarra Bakery and Patisserie. We visit the shop in Waroona, the address is 36 S Western Hwy, Waroona WA 6215.
I ordered Beef and Curry $5.95, my hubby got Beef and Mushroom $5.95, my boys ordered beef mince $5.40 and the great australian bite $7.40. They are all beautiful pies. They also have gelato and variation of cakes and also coffee and tea. The place is nice. The staffs are friendly. And before you come, you can check their website first to see the menu and what’s on promotion. I definitely want to go back there again.
Had invitation for my friend birthday party at Dusit Thai Restaurant in Northbridge. It’s the second time i went for dinner there. The place is big and it’s suitable for special occasion for example birthday party, graduation celebration, small wedding party, etc. When we came in to the restaurant, we immediately feel the Thai atmosphere. The red-gold colour theme make it more Thai. And also the tableware that they used to serve.
All the food that we ordered were taste amazing. I love their pad thai much. The sweetness and a bit sour make it great combination. And the crunchiness of the nut make it perfect. It’s easy for me to eat one bowl for myself 🙂 But because i had to make room in my tummy for other food so i can’t eat all of it by myself. The starter platter was great as well. Dip it with the sauce hmmm…so yummy.
