As I told you before in my previous post that you gonna find lots of pizza posting in my recent post. As i made lots of pizza base for holiday stocking. So here is one pizza with two variation as one of my boy favourite pizza is the cheesy one than i made it half – half. Half cheesy and half with smoked salmon and basil for the topping but yeaah basically it’s just cheesy pizza. For the base recipe you can go to my previous post about pizza dough.
Yes, my boys enjoy this pizza after they doing Vac Swim. So easy and fast to be prepared after they swam, especially because they finished at lunch time so mummy had to think about something that could be fast served. So I took out one of the pizza dough, spread tomato sauce and mozarella on the top. Preheat oven 200’C then cook it for about 10 minutes. When it’s ready put smoked salmon and basil on the top of half of the pizza. Then it;s readyyy….enjoy!
Hi, this week gonna be pizza week, because i made lots of pizza dough for holiday stock. I tried recipe from my food blogger friend Ayudiah. I make it double from the original recipe so just doubling the measurement of the ingredients. Let’s just try it out!

200 gr bread flour
50 gr all purpose flour
2 1/2 tbs sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp dry yeast
35 gr olive oil
Warm water 100-120 ml
Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl, using electric mixer knead until elastic.
Let it proofing until double in size for about 45-60 minutes.
Divide into 6-7 small round pieces. Roll it.
Preheat oven 200’C and cook it until half cook.
Keep in the container and put in a fridge.
You can use those anytime you need, just put any topping you like and cook again in the oven.
You have to cook it until crisp otherwise the texture would be like it’s not cooked well. Maybe i should proof it again after i rolled it (would love to try it again next time).
Just need to make simple breakfast, then I grab a pizza base instant from fridge. Try to find some toppings too. I found a pinnapple, prawns, corn kernels and sausages inside our fridge. Cut them all then put above the pizza base.Don’t forget to spread mozzarella cheese on top of it. Before, just preheat oven 180 degree then cook for about 25-30 minutes. Easy and simple!!!
