enoki mushroom tempura

Ingredients:

  • 1 Unit Enoki mushroom
  • 200 Gr Tempura Fluor
  • 1 Cup water
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp Chicken Powder

Methods:

  • Heated oil in a pan.
  • Mix tempura fluor, salt, chicken powder and water in a medium bowl. Mixed well.
  • Dip enoki into the batter.
  • Fried in hot oil until crunchy and the colour becoming golden.
  • Set aside, drain and ready to eat.
