Flaxseed – Wholemeal Bread

Ingredients:

570ml Water

2 1/2 tbs margarine (i used butter)

1/2 cup flaxseed

2 tsp salt

2 1/2 tbs brown sugar

4 tbs skim milk powder

470 gr wholemeal plain flour

510 gr plain flour

2 tsp yeast

Methods:

1. Put all ingredients in order as the instruction for breadmaker usage. Wipe spills from the outside of the pan.

2. Place the bread pan into the breadmaker and close the lid.

3. Press the MENU button to program (4) WHEAT

4. Select the CRUST colour, Loaf SIZE and press “START”

This bread has hard texture. For me it’s not recommended because i didn’t like hard bread, love something smooth 🙂

Plain Sandwich Bread / Roti Tawar

 

Ingredients:

250 ml water

2 eggs

50 gr butter

50 sugar

25 gr milk powder

1/2 tsp salt

500 gr bread flour

7 gr dry yeast

 

Methods:

Because I used breadmaker, just put all ingredients in order (liquid first then solid ingredients). Choose dough menu and start.

Put in preheated oven 200’C and then bake for about 30 minutes.
